B/W view of a parade float with a 1930's Ford model A sitting on a trailer. The car's front is smashed with a young men in the passenger seat laying through the windshield, as if the car had just crashed. A sign on the side of car reads "SAFETY". Float is at Third and Lyon streets with Kern Electric in the background (231 Lyon St.), Knights of Pythias building (236 Lyon St.), Albany Hotel (200 Lyon St.), and Albany Farm Equipment (136 Lyon St., now Albany Regional Museum). |
